The project was completed by DMVF Architects in 2023. Our clients purchased a late 19th Century property brimming with beautiful architectural features in need of repair. Whilst the house worked very well to the front, with reception rooms of large proportions, obsolete staff quarters to the rear blocked the outlook and connection to the impressive surrounding gardens. We drew on our expertise in conservation to extend and transform the property. The result is a beautiful, dynamic family home, which together with the thoughtful landscaping, takes on a ‘French Villa’ feel.
