Camden Exterior - Transformation of two Georgian buildings on Camden Street into one unique home.

The clients were originally looking to purchase an apartment in Dublin City Centre of approx. 150sqm for their own day-to-day living and for entertaining friends and family, but could not find a space to meet their needs. They came across two Georgian buildings (built circa 1815) on the busy Camden Street. The buildings, previously owned by a bank, had been combined into a commercial unit at ground floor, however the upper floors were still separate with separate vertical circulation. On transforming the upper floors of two dilapidated Georgian buildings on Camden Street into one unique home, DMVF Architects transform the way we look at living in Dublin City Centre.
